Assembly Instructions: Connecting the Casters and Pole
Components
- Control panel with height adjustment knob
- Lower pole with safety cover
- 5-leg caster base
Assembly Steps
1Prepare the pole
- Remove the rubber tip from the metal end of the pole before installation
2Insert the pole
- Place the pole into the center hole of the 5-leg caster base
- Ensure the pole is properly aligned
3Secure the connection
- Turn the pole clockwise to lock it firmly into position
- Verify the connection is stable before use
Operating Instructions
I. Preparation
Before using the device:
- Read all operation instructions thoroughly
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface
- Wear appropriate light clothing for treatment
II. Operation Procedure
1. Power Setup
- Connect the power cord to a 110V outlet
2. Initial Settings
- Set the intensity to 0 on the main control panel
- Turn the timer dial clockwise to set treatment duration
3. Temperature Adjustment
- Turn the intensity dial on the main control panel clockwise to set desired temperature
- Position the lamp head approximately 18 inches from the treatment area
- Adjust distance and temperature as needed
4. Remote Control Operation (if applicable)
- Plug in the cord and locate the timer on the lamp
- Turn the timer counter-clockwise until you hear a click for ON setting
- The heat can be adjusted using the remote controller
- If the remote controller is not functioning, the intensity dial on the main control panel is disabled
5. Treatment Guidelines
- Recommended treatment time: 30 minutes per session
- Avoid overheating
- Allow the unit to cool down before resuming if using an optional plastic screen that may melt if overheated
6. Post-Treatment
- Unplug the unit after treatment

During Operation
Monitor the following during use:
- Verify the lamp operates properly
- Ensure each cord is securely connected
- Confirm the lamp head is safely positioned above the treatment area

- If the lamp or patient shows any anomaly, stop operation immediately and take proper measures
- Operation must be performed by a well-trained practitioner
- Turn off power after completing treatment
Storage and Maintenance
After use, please observe the following:
- Turn off the power
- Do not pull on the cord or exert excessive force on connective parts
- Store the main unit and auxiliary parts in a clean, dry place
- Avoid direct sunlight and high concentrations of sodium ions in the atmosphere
- Keep out of reach of children
