Domestic Shipping (United States)
Our warehouse is located near San Diego, California, allowing for fast and efficient shipping within the U.S. Orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT) are typically shipped the same day.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. When available, duties and taxes can be prepaid during checkout for added convenience.
Note for Canadian Customers:
Due to specific restrictions imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), we are unable to offer duty prepayment for Canadian shipments. As a result, customers in Canada are responsible for paying any applicable duties upon delivery.
Customs Considerations
We are committed to making our products accessible globally. However, customs regulations vary significantly by country and can be strict in certain regions (e.g., Australia).
To minimize the risk of your shipment being delayed, held, or seized by Customs, we recommend performing a brief web search such as:
"Can I import vitamins and supplements for personal use into [Your Country]?"
This will often lead to government or reputable third-party sites outlining import rules.
For example, some countries limit health product imports for personal use:
Japan: 60-day supply limit
Canada & Australia: 90-day supply limit
We suggest placing multiple smaller orders rather than one large order to improve the chances of successful delivery.
Please note: Import regulations are subject to change and vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are permitted for import into your country.
We cannot guarantee Customs clearance, and we are unable to refund orders that are seized and not returned to us. If products are returned, the product cost, taxes, and duties (if prepaid) will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost Packages (International Orders)
While rare, international shipments can occasionally be lost. Due to varying customs clearance times, international orders may take up to 60 business days to be processed.
An order is not considered lost until 60 business days have passed from the shipment date. Claims cannot be processed before that time. If you believe your order is lost, please contact us at support@virtualhealthoptions.com within 60 calendar days of your purchase date.
Incorrect or Unverified Shipping Addresses
If our system cannot verify the shipping address provided, we will contact you via email for confirmation. If we do not receive a response within one week, your order will be canceled and refunded.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. While we will work with our shipping partners to resolve issues when possible, we are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from address errors.
If a shipment is rejected, lost, or destroyed due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
