Easy 60-Day Returns

At Virtual Health Options, we are committed to being your trusted partner on your health journey. We understand that needs can change, which is why we offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy for unopened products. You'll receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in clean, undamaged condition.
  • The return request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Perishable items, including refrigerated or frozen products, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and return shipping address.
  • Package the item securely, including a copy of the original packing slip, if available.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item(s). Upon confirmation, we will expedite a replacement or issue a full refund.
