Refund policy
We aim to be your trusted partner for your health journey, and we understand that needs can change. Therefore, we offer a 60-day “no questions asked” return policy for unopened products for a full refund (minus shipping cost).
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging, undamaged and clean.
- The return request must be made within 60 days of receiving the order.
Our return policy does not include refrigerated or frozen products due to the nature of these items.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request the return.
- Pack the unopened product securely, including a copy of the original packing slip, if available.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase - please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item(s). Upon confirmation, we will expedite the replacement or issue a refund.
