Returns and Refund Policy
At Virtual Health Options, we are committed to being your trusted partner on your health journey. We understand that needs can change, which is why we offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy for eligible unopened products. You'll receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Because we offer both health and wellness products and specialized equipment, return policies vary by product type. Please review the section below that applies to your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Supplements & Wellness Products
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in clean, undamaged condition.
- Return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable items, including refrigerated or frozen products, are not eligible for return.
Equipment
Equipment return policies vary by manufacturer and product. The applicable return policy is listed on each product page and summarized below.

Equipment Return Requirements
- Equipment must be returned in accordance with the policy listed for that specific item.
- All original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for return.
Return Authorization
For equipment that ships directly from the manufacturer, a Return Authorization (RA) is required before returning your item. Please contact us before shipping any equipment so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Securely package your item, including a copy of your packing slip or order information if available.
- Ship the item to the return address we provide.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. No restocking fee will apply, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
