Propolis is a natural bee product produced from the resin they collect from trees and shrubs combined with beeswax, pollen, and secretions from their salivary glands. - Return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable items, including refrigerated or frozen products, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and return shipping address.
- Package the item securely, including a copy of your original packing slip if available.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
