Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in clean, undamaged condition.
- Return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable items, including refrigerated or frozen products, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and return shipping address.
- Package the item securely, including a copy of your original packing slip if available.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are always issued to your original payment method (including Affirm).
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
